We have noticed that starting around 125-150k miles LS / Vortec engines often have some wear on several of the pushrods and rocker arm cups. This is an economical kit to replace those parts and upgrade them at the same time to a trunnion style bearing on the rocker arms. We HIGHLY recommend this option and should be considered on any engine over 125k miles.
